先日の全校集会でも紹介されましたが，３年生の英語の授業で「ホームページで学校紹介」に取り組みました。
その優秀作品８点を紹介します。日本語訳はありませんが，辞書（携帯？）を片手に陵西中学校のどのような所を紹介しているか調べてみてください！

”About School”
　Our school doesn't have a lot of students, and so we can be good friends with everybody. In addition, we can help each other. Our teachers are so kind and they take care of all the students. We are free in our school, so we must be responsible for our actions. I like our school so much.

”A School Trip”
　We had a school trip in May for third graders. We went to Hokkaido, and stayed there for three days. I went there by plane. We stayed in a farmhouse. We experienced agriculture, fishery and dairy there. On the last day, we bought souvenirs there. This event is the most enjoynable event among third graders.

”The Sports Festival”
　We have the sports festival in September. The students make flags that represent their class and compete for the best flag. Major sports games are running dash, a relay, group gymnastics and dance. Third grade girls start to practice dance from summer vacation. It's so fun! The other is a folk dance only by third grade students. There are many kinds of sports games so everyone can have a good time!

”A School Festival”
　We have a school festival in November. Every grade makes a movie, play roles and sings songs. We are divided into some groups for them. We make display items and exhibit them on the wall in the hallway for a while. As for third grade, we made an apple tree.

”Library”
　Our school library is large. It has many kinds of books. For examle, history, animation, sports, dictionaries and so on. So we enjoy reading books at any time.

”Two Cultural Clubs”
　In our school, there are only two cultural clubs. One is the art club, and the other is the shogi club. Our club, or shogi club doesn't have as many members as art club. But all the members are on good terms. We do not only play shogi, but also other games. Go and othello, for example. The activity day is three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our club advisers are very kind and interesting. We welcome everyone! If you're interested, please come to the library room!

”Badminton Club”
　Our badminton team practices almost every day. We have been the champions in games several times. Our advisers are scary but they are gentle. All of us are good friends. Our trainings are very tiring but we enjoy it. I retired from the badminton club in September. I got a lot of prizes at last game. Our school's badminton club is so strong. I learned a lot of things there. I'm so thankful to our advisers. I want more students to join the badminton club.

”Our Native English Teacher, Iza”
　I want to introduce a teacher. She is Iza, our Native English teacher. She's been here at our school since September and she is very thoughtful. For example, if I have questions, she teaches me kindly. Her English pronunciation is so good. So she is loved by everyone. We will soon graduate from junior high school but we will not forget her. I'll keep in touch with her.
